I called Tim out of desperation as we needed two team members to help sort out a warehouse that was due for a safety inspection. The two team members turned up on time, they were appropriately briefed and ready to work. The two guys worked hard all day, they worked independently, there was no micro-managing and we achieved a wonderful evaluation.
