1. Online Application

All candidates must complete our rigerous applciation form which captures everything we need including tickets, TFN, Super and all previous work experience.

2. Phone Screening

Our experienced recruiters will shortlist all potential candidates and reach out to each one with a 10minute phone screen.

3. Company Safety Induction

Every one of our candidates goes through our in-house company safety induction. This goes through everything that they must adhere to when working for our clients safety measures.

4. Qualification Check

Our recruiters will go through each and every qualification in the system to ensure they are all valid and up to date.

5. Visa Check

Our recruiters will then cross reference and check their visa and right to work status in Australia.

6. Reference Checks

Our recruiters will then carry out reference checks by calling all references provided.

7. Verification of Competency

The very last check our recruiters undertake is to verify the candidates competency, especially with Operators. As not everyone with an Excavator ticket is actually competent on an Excavator.
